Variation of ObjIntConsumer that allows throwing checked exceptions. ThrowingObjIntConsumer is usually implemented by a lambda and passed to CheckedExceptionHandler.fromObjIntConsumer(ThrowingObjIntConsumer). See noexception tutorial.
