Variation of DoubleBinaryOperator that allows throwing checked exceptions. ThrowingDoubleBinaryOperator is usually implemented by a lambda and passed to CheckedExceptionHandler.fromDoubleBinaryOperator(ThrowingDoubleBinaryOperator). See noexception tutorial.
